About Tutorabilis

Hello and welcome to Tutorabilis!

My name is Arianna, I am a native speaker of Italian and a qualified teacher of Classics, as well as a fully IB-trained teacher.

I have obtained a BA (Hons) and MA from the University of Manchester, and a PGCE from the University of Cambridge. I have experience working in grammar schools as subject teacher and as a private tutor. Over the last 6 years I have privately tutored students from KS3, KS4 and sixth form, as well as postgraduates and independent learners.
I have a DBS check processed and approved by the University of Cambridge.

I offer tutoring in the following subjects at all levels:

• Latin

• Ancient Greek

• Classical Civilisation/ Latin and Greek Literature

• Italian Language and Literature

• Theory of Knowledge (T.O.K.)

I have experience with OCR, WJEC and IB exam boards for Latin, Ancient Greek and Classical Civilisation; Edexcel and AQA for Italian.

I will initially assess the student and will provide all the resources to build a tailored learning programme. I use a range of learning resources, consisting in a combination of school textbooks and material I have created to support students’ invidivual needs and learning objectives.
